- Built to uniformly high quality, Corten steel, heavy duty specification.
- 19-ply hardwood plywood floor with recessed flat bar center rail secured with 8mm
zinc plated floor screws.
- Rear header is hinged and removable at both ends.
- Door hardware is Bloxwich B.E. 2566 bolted on, hot dipped galvanized.
- 34mm diameter tubular hot dipped galvanized roof bows. Swinging roof bows available
on request.
- Polyester "DTEX" fabric coated PVC (650 g/m2) tarpaulin, with aluminum (aluzinc)
eyelets.
- 3mm diameter steel core cable with 8mm diameter clear PVC sheathing.
- Cargo securing devices have 10mm diameter lashing rings on each top and bottom rail.
- Each front and rear corner post is fitted with two 12mm diameter lashing bars.
- Zinc rich primer, high build vinyl exterior and interior top coat and Tectyl 121B
undercoat.
